Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Adventurers OÜ / Merivälja tee 24, 12112 Tallinn, Estonia (DPD Pickup point).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To organise your return you will need a return authorisation number, please e-mail us at  info@adventurerrsstuio.com.

To complete your return, we require that the following information is sent with the returned product: your return authorisation number, a copy of receipt or proof of purchase along with your contact details: Full name, e-mail, phone number.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OF MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@adventurersstudio.com with the reason for exchange, once we have approved the exchange your item should be sent to: Adventurers OÜ / Merivälja tee 24, 12112 Tallinn, Estonia (DPD Pickup point).


I'VE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We want to provide you with the best-quality products, but sometimes mistakes can happen despite all of our quality assurance. If the item you received is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team by Chat or by info@adventurersstudio.com with the photos of the defect, as well as your personal information and order details.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products).


GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Adventurers OÜ / Merivälja tee 24, 12112 Tallinn, Estonia (DPD Pickup point). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please note: You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your returned item is not received by us we will not issue a refund or other compensation.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

After we receive your return, we do our best to process the refund as soon as possible. The refund may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. The refund is issued to the original payment method, unless you have requested otherwise when registering your return. Please note, we do not make refunds to third parties. We are also unable to refund shipping fees for your order.
